On August 1, 2025, Assistant Professor Apinya Suthiprapha , Head of the Department of Industrial Arts and Science, Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology, received the honorary plaque for the “Thai Fabric: Timeless Elegance” award from the Suan Sunandha Pastraporn Project for the year 2024. The award ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Bandit Phangnirun, Vice President for Business Development and Revenue Generation, and was held at the Suan Sunandha Hall of Fame, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The project aims to promote awareness within the university community about the cultural value of traditional Thai attire. It emphasizes the beauty and creativity involved in transforming Thai fabrics into contemporary clothing designs. Additionally, the initiative supports the enhancement of personal image among staff members and fosters a positive organizational identity.
